He has a diploma in Estate Management from the Lagos State Polytechnic before proceeding to the Obafemi Awolowo University where he bagged a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Estate Management. He was a manager with the firm of Messer's J A Oluwatudimu and Co. before becoming the Senior Projects Manager with Shelter Initiatives Limited (A Property Development Company). His experience spans over 2 decades in the Real Estate Practice. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) with membership number M1591 and he is a fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria (FCIAN).

He is a Bachelor of Science graduate in Estate Management, (BSc, Hons) of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria, with a Master of Commerce in Development Finance (M.Com) from the Graduate School of Business, (GSB), University of Cape Town, Cape Town, South Africa. He was a Partner in the firm of Diya Fatimilehin & Co heading Valuation group, Sales, Branch and Strategic Development. He has a vast experience in Real Estate practice spanning over 20 years and he has attended lots of local and international seminars. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS) with membership number M1358 and also a Fellow of Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria (FCIAN).
